Static Display at NBAA is usually packed with planes and people.
NBAA did an admirable job, considering that there were two big challenges.
1. Low inventory. – See Gene Clow’s reports on Great Circle Aircraft – GCAircraft.com or JetBrokers’ Market Updates on their social channels.
2. Smaller show – last year it was a virtual show and some of our intrepid folks like Motive Learning had successful “virtual booths” but everyone agreed it just wasn’t the same.
How did NBAA overcome these challenges? With some out-of-the-box thinking!
Some of the innovations this year –
Historical and notable aircraft, more small planes, more and bigger buildings, pavilions and attractions.
So, how do you overcome challenges with marketing events in the post-Covid world?
Take some inspiration from the NBAA crew – think outside the box! What CAN you do to make this event interesting, unique, and worthwhile?
