We are surrounded by software that gives us all kinds of data –
- How many clicks to our web site?
- How did they get to our web site?
- How many people liked my post on social media?
- Who opened my email? How many of my emails have they opened?
All this data is useful, but there is one piece of information that is a thousand times more important.
Ask a real customer, someone who has actually made a purchase, how they found you.
If you get get a very specific answer to this question, you have the keys to find a hundred more like them.

I totally agree with this article, knowing the how real customers found us will help us to find a hundred more like them. Also, that help us to customize our advertising plan to be more focused on gaining more real customer by using the correct advertising methods. The important thig we should do before that is a good using of serves marketing mix.
